ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

- Representing Logistics in cross-functional sourcing committees to nominate suppliers for the company brands
- Coordinating and aligning logistics requirements throughout the sourcing process (including logistics concepts, ratings, and cost optimization) across all company brands
- Supporting procurement projects to optimize processes at the interface between Logistics and Procurement
- Actively participating in international, cross-functional projects
- Driving continuous improvement and adaptation of logistics processes in response to structural, process, and network changes
- Contribute to group wide initiatives and exchanging ideas with colleagues from other logistics areas and procurement, and participating in company working groups

WYMAGANIA:

- Background: a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field
- Experience: 3-7+ years in logistics or procurement – ideally in automotive/industrial manufacturing or 3PL/4PL environments
- Languages: fluent English; German is a big plus
- Collaboration: strong stakeholder management across functions and levels; confident facilitator for workshops and cross brand/plant alignment
- Willingness and ability to travel to plants and partners
