ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

- Collaborate within a multinational team to develop and automize international supply chain processes, Inbound Network, including transport and material planning
- Take on specific operational tasks to gain hands-on experience and deepen your knowledge
- Lead projects, sub-projects, or work packages (incl. IT realizations), ensuring progress and success within defined time, budget, and quality parameters
- Analyze different brand setups and working methods, evaluate pros and cons, and derive recommendations for future-proof and sustainable developments aligned with brand overall strategy
- Prepare well-founded proposals for management decisions, supported by qualitative and quantitative arguments

WYMAGANIA:

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
- Professional experience in a large organization within logistics and/or process design
- Strong process understanding combined with exceptional analytical skills; able to structure and clearly communicate complex topics
- Excellent organizational skills, a high degree of independence, and effective time management
- Experience in implementing IT projects and proficiency in data analytics
- Knowledge of English at level C2 and German at level C1
